COBRA Administration
We are working on an upgrade to allow participants to login into to view COBRA information.
If you would like to make a COBRA premium payment online you MUST call (865) 769-2800 PRIOR to pressing the below button. We will not accept payment online unless you call our office to determine the proper payment amount. There is a 4% convenience fee applied to the premium amount. Late payments are not accepted.
Flexible Benefits Administration
For participants in the Health FSA and/or Dependent Care FSA, and/or HRA, you can check your balance by logging into https://www.benefitspaymentsystem.com and clicking 'Participant Login' in the middle part of the page. Contact BenefitsAssist, inc. for your Employer ID and Employee ID.
For participants in the HSA, you can check account information as well as login at http://www.HSABank.com. You may need to call HSA Bank at 1-800-357-6246 for login instructions and further account information.
